Morrowvia helps you organize events, tasks, and reminders. With your permission, AI features send relevant content to OpenAI. OpenAI may retain some content in safety logs; this is not Zero Data Retention. Connected services are optional, and sharing with other people is a choice.

1. Information we use

Morrowvia is operated by Ching-Pu Wu, trading as Morrowvia. This policy covers the app and this website.

Language and time zone help format the app and guide AI responses, including background email suggestions. They are not treated as your physical location. You can change language preferences in You → Language.

2. Connections and permissions

Gmail

After you connect Gmail and separately allow email AI processing, Morrowvia requests read-only access and monitors new Inbox messages after connection is enabled. It uses message identifiers, sender, subject, time, and relevant body content to identify possible commitments and proposed updates. It does not send, delete, archive, or modify your Gmail messages. It does not perform historical mailbox imports or automatically process attachments.

Duplicates and confidently irrelevant messages may be excluded before AI processing. Other messages may be sent to AI to assess relevance. Filtering is not perfect. Messages judged irrelevant do not become review items, though limited processing records may remain for deduplication and reliability. Useful suggestions appear for your review, not automatically in your plan.

Checking can run while the app is closed. Turn off email AI in You → Privacy, or pause or disconnect Gmail in You → Connected apps → Gmail. Disconnect stops future intake and removes connection credentials through the cleanup flow; already accepted items in your plan remain. You may also revoke access in your Google Account.

Calendars

With your permission, Morrowvia reads selected device or connected calendars to display events and answer planning questions. Relevant event details can be sent through our backend to AI when you use planning features. Connected calendar events remain read-only in Morrowvia and are not automatically shared with Spaces.

Microphone, files, photos, and notifications

These permissions support captures you choose to make and reminders or alerts you enable. Selected recordings and files may be uploaded for extraction and transcription. Notification services receive delivery tokens and the information needed to deliver alerts. Device settings and lock-screen previews determine what others can see.

Location and weather

Weekly planning can use a city you choose or, with permission, your device’s location. Coordinates are rounded to an approximate area before being sent for weather lookup. The weather service receives the location query, not your calendar or task text. Forecast information can be included with relevant plans in an AI review. This feature does not continuously track your location in the background.

3. AI and service providers

We use service providers to operate Morrowvia, not to sell your personal information or target advertising:

Morrowvia’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used to provide the user-facing features you authorize, not advertising or training generalized AI models.

Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. We use access controls and protected connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Authorized access may be needed to resolve a support request, investigate abuse or security issues, or comply with law. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.

OpenAI processing and retention

We ask before sending personal content to OpenAI. One permission covers capture, transcription, Ask, AI edits and Weekly Review (which may refresh automatically); email processing has a separate permission. About you is included only with its own opt-in.

We disable saved AI responses using store:false. This does not mean zero retention. OpenAI may keep some request and response content in safety logs for up to 30 days, or longer for legal or safety reasons. Temporary caches and review of flagged image/file inputs may also apply. Morrowvia does not currently have Zero Data Retention enabled.

See OpenAI’s data controls. Turn off future processing in You → Privacy. Manual planning remains available. Revoking permission or deleting your Morrowvia account cannot recall requests already sent or instantly erase provider logs.

4. Sharing, retention, and deletion

Personal items are private to your account. Shared Space members can access and edit shared items. Sharing a saved item does not automatically share its full original email or file. Explicitly sharing a source can expose the complete source and extracted text to the selected Space. Other people may retain copies they already accessed.

We retain account content while needed to provide the service until you delete it or your account, subject to operational and legal requirements. Local caches support offline use. Limited usage and processing records support reliability, billing, and abuse prevention. Deleting content from the live app does not necessarily erase provider-held recovery copies or operational records at the same time. Backup copies, where maintained by our providers, follow their retention schedules. We do not offer account recovery after deletion.

Manage personal AI details in About you, remove captures in Capture history, and disconnect services in You. To delete your account, open You → Account → Delete account and confirm your identity. Deletion starts immediately, is permanent, and has no recovery window. Connections stop, while file and provider cleanup may finish later.

Before deleting an owned shared Space with other members, choose a new owner. Spaces with no other members are deleted. Personal items and original captures are removed. Items in surviving shared Spaces, including those you created, remain credited to Former member; other members’ items remain. Private source links and supporting excerpts from deleted originals are removed. Your original Gmail messages and external calendar events are not deleted. Exported copies and offline copies on other devices cannot be remotely erased while offline.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage it separately in Apple subscription settings. Apple and payment providers may retain transaction records under their own obligations.

5. Your choices and rights

You can revoke device permissions in system settings and provider access in the relevant provider account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support@morrowvia.me to make a request; we may need to verify that the account is yours.

We use information to provide the service you request, with consent for optional permissions where required, for legitimate interests such as security and reliability, and to meet legal obligations where applicable.

6. Website and children’s privacy

This static website does not install advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and protect the website. Morrowvia is intended for people aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as required.
