Terms of Use

A helpful planning tool. You stay in charge.

These terms describe use of Morrowvia, operated by Ching-Pu Wu, trading as Morrowvia. Contact support@morrowvia.me with questions. The iOS app is also licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms do not replace that license or your mandatory consumer rights.

1. Your account and content

You must be at least 16 years old to use Morrowvia. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service and make purchases.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only content and accounts you have permission to access. You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us and our service providers to store and process it as needed to deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Shared Space members can see and edit shared items. Only share information you are entitled to share. Removing access cannot recall copies someone has already saved.

2. AI, reminders, and connected services

Optional AI features use OpenAI to process relevant content with your separate permission. OpenAI’s standard retention applies; saved responses being disabled does not mean zero retention. See AI privacy details. Agreeing to these terms does not grant AI permission.

AI suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Check dates, times, source evidence, and proposed changes before accepting them. Email suggestions and proposed planning changes require your approval; an AI summary is not proof that every commitment was found.

Notifications, synchronization, email monitoring, calendar connections, and weather information depend on device settings, connectivity, and third-party availability. Do not rely on Morrowvia as your only record of an important deadline or as an emergency, medical, legal, or safety-critical alerting service. Weather guidance is not an official emergency warning or travel-safety guarantee.

3. Plans and subscriptions

Free and paid features, prices, billing periods, and applicable limits are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Prices and availability can vary by country. AI fair-use safeguards include rate, concurrency, and input-size limits; “unlimited” does not mean unlimited throughput, automation, or abusive use.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, Apple charges your Apple Account and renews it unless you cancel under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing for the paid period. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies.

Uninstalling Morrowvia, signing out, or deleting your Morrowvia account does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases in the app using the relevant Apple Account and Morrowvia account. We do not promise access to paid features before a purchase is successfully validated.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage safeguards, or disrupt the service. We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a material violation, with notice where appropriate.

5. Leaving Morrowvia

You can disconnect optional services or permanently delete your account in You → Account → Delete account. Deletion starts immediately after confirmation, with no recovery period. You must transfer owned shared Spaces that have other members; empty Spaces are deleted. Personal items and original captures are removed. Items in surviving shared Spaces remain credited to Former member, and other members’ items remain. Private source links and supporting excerpts from deleted originals are removed. External Gmail and calendar originals remain with their providers. Cleanup of files and provider records may take longer. 6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose. Third-party services have their own terms and may change. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

7. Updates and questions

Features and these terms may change. We will publish updated terms and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law. Contact support@morrowvia.me for support or questions about these terms.
